1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website located at arr999.cam (the "Platform"), operated under the brand name arr999 ("we", "us", "our"). arr999 is an English-language online gaming information platform designed to serve users across Pakistan, including in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.

4. Account Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by your operator's license jurisdiction. 6. Prohibited Conduct

• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable or impair its availability or performance.

arr999 reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Platform for any User found to be in violation of these prohibitions, without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform — including text, guides, graphics, logos, icons, layout designs, code and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of arr999 or its licensed contributors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

The arr999 name, logo and associated brand identifiers are trademarks of arr999. Nothing in these Terms grants any right to use these trademarks without prior written authorisation.

Third-party trademarks referenced on this Platform (including the names of payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and sporting organisations such as the Pakistan Cricket Board or the PSL) remain the property of their respective owners. Their mention is for contextual informational purposes only and does not imply endorsement, affiliation or partnership.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 No Gambling Services

arr999 is not a gambling operator. The Platform does not offer, facilitate or process any gambling transactions. All Content is informational only. arr999 does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and makes no claim to endorsement by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution.

8.2 Accuracy of Content

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold under the applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
